New Bob Group managing director Dr Lee Ville said the company had always placed emphasis on building eco-friendly green homes.
“This includes maximising the use of natural energy in reducing the consumption of energy from non-renewable sources to reduce carbon footprint.
“The company is also the green home pioneer in Penang. There are not many green homes available on the island,” Lee said in a press statement on Wednesday.
The Manor, located in the prime residential neighbourhood of Codrington Avenue, is an eco-friendly bungalow project comprising three exclusive units.
The total built-up for this development ranges from 5,576sq ft to 5,804sq ft per unit, tagged with a selling price that starts from RM5.05mil.
The Preston Oaks, located in Lim Mah Chye Road, comprises four bungalow units, with built-up areas ranging from 6,634sq ft to 7,221sq ft, with selling price from RM6.25mil.

GreenRE (Green Real Estate), initiated by Rehda, is a green building and carbonrating tool developed to encourage the property industry to be sustainable. It also emphasises on passive design.
It involves assessing a building’s performance such as energy efficiency, water efficiency, environmental protection, indoor environmental quality and carbon emissions of the development.
