Requirements:
At least SPM / SPTM & a degree in any discipline or equivalent;
At least 2 years of working experience in related field;
A team player with excellent communication, leadership, marketing & negotiating skills;
Possesses own transport and willing to travel;
Computer literate.
Responsibilities:-
to prepare weekly & monthly reports and statistics;
to market the properties eg. source for potential tenants / purchasers;
responsible to collect the rental;
to ensure the building is always well maintain;
uphold the good name of the company’s properties;
to coordinate with Maintenance Manager on safety & security inspections of the building;

Requirements:
At least SPM / STPM & a Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent;
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software;
Must be creative, dynamic, innovative and passionate about design;
Able to work independently;
Good communication skill in English & Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
Development and preparation of designs for marketing & promotional materials;
Able to develop impactful concepts, designs & ideas;
Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
Counter Sales Officer/Assistant (Airport) – 1 Vacancy
Reports to: Airport Supervisor / General Manager
Overall Scope of Work
Counter sales at Airport
Duties and Responsibilities
1. to perform general sales, attend to customers from reservation list;
2. to update client’s records, daily sales report etc.;
3. to attend to walk in and call in enquiries;
4. to do filing;
5. to record and handover of all left behind items in the car after customer returned the car;
6. to maintain the general cleanliness of work-station and ensure the equipments are in good condition;
7. to perform daily check on key and car inventories;
8. to perform regular check of the cars’ condition which parked in the Airport and those parked
at the designated lots. Ensure gates are locked in the evening;
9. to liaise with detailer and panel’s approved contractors/workshops on repair and service;
10. to assist and attend to Puspakom’s inspection, servicing, delivery and collection;
11. to assist with breakdown (AAM) / accident calls and police report (if any);
12. to perform shift duties and overtime at Airport outlet whenever required and subject to duty
relief at HQ if necessary;
13. to maintain monthly sales quota as set by the Management;
14. any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Project Marketing Manager
. Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM & a bachelor degree in Marketing / CIM or equivalent;

. Several years of related experience;

Responsibilities:-
– Liaise with developer progressively;
– Identify, develop, implement & evaluate marketing plan & strategies
– Accomplish marketing & sales objective;
– Overseeing company’s marketing budget;
– Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities;
– Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
– Work closely with design agencies and assisting with new project launches;
– Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
– Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management).
