Building homes, building dreams

The Star, North Property Focus, 8 February 2016

WITH an illustrious history dating back to 1959, New Bob Group is today a renowned real estate company and boutique developer celebrated for its personalised approach that caters to every individual homeowner’s needs.

Penangites and Northern Region folk will remember it as a pioneering real estate agency that blossomed into an iconic, household brand. Since 1991, it has also been at the forefront of property development through its subsidiary, NB Tropics.

From small scale projects to major undertakings of various types across northern Malaysia – including residential, commercial and industrial properties – it boasts a stellar track record.

One of the most progressive companies in the industry, it also takes pride in pioneering green developments and building eco-friendly green homes that contribute to sustainability.

Group director Dr Lee Ville says, “We want to be a responsible developer that takes into account the world we create for future generations.

“Globally, natural resources are becoming more scarce, with the development industry being one of its biggest consumers. We can do our part to reduce that, and hopefully it influences more parties to go in the same direction.”

“Green homes make good investments as they are not only sustainable, but in the long run it would also be a more comfortable home that is cooler, and conserves more electricity and water. This will ultimately cultivate a sustainable green future generation.”

He added that their residential developments are niche in comparison with other developers’ mass market products, which is an added edge in realising clients’ desires. These projects are certified as green developments by reputable bodies. They include:
